USB LED Backseat Light for Model S, 3, X & Y
Our plug-n-play USB LED lights are the perfect way to quickly and easily illuminate the back seat area of your Tesla Model S, 3, X or Y.
These USB LEDs are dimmable and can be changed to 8 different colors (Brilliant White, Deep Red, Yellow, Light Green, Dark Green, Ice Blue, Chill Blue, or Purple) with just the click of a button on the USB. The Chill Blue, Deep Red, Brilliant White and Purple colors perfectly match the TeslaPuddleLights.com footwell & LED door lights we sell.
The USB LEDs have a smart light sensor in them that detects when it's dark and the lights automatically turn on. To turn them off, just press the button 3 times and they power off or they will turn off automatically when the car goes into deep sleep (about 1-2 hours after no activity.) No need to manage the lights from a phone app like some other ambient lighting.
Installation:
Installation is as easy as plugging in a USB and should take about 5 seconds.
Operation:
Press and hold the button to change the light intensity (dim to bright)
- Press the button quickly 1 time to change color (Brilliant White, Deep Red, Yellow, Light Green, Dark Green, Ice Blue, Chill Blue, or Purple)
- Press the button quickly 2 times to engage Tesla backseat dance party mode! :) Backseat party mode will either flash your current color or if you engage on white, it will cycle all the colors.
- Press the button quickly 3 times to turn off completely.
1 or 2 lights? Whether to get one USB LED or two USB LEDs is a personal choice. The lights are dimmable and fairly bright when on full power. However, some people may like the additional light provided by two lights. Or, maybe they like the uniform look for two lights as opposed to one light and one, empty USB port. Either way works, and it’s up to you and your taste. Personalize your Tesla how you like!
Please Note: As these lights protrude from the USB ports, please use caution when people (or kids with backpacks) are entering or exiting the backseat area.
